Warranty
ACEPC devices purchased on ACEPC Official Store come with a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

To claim your warranty, you can register your device on our official website by providing your order number and product serial number. If you encounter any issues while registering, please contact us at support@acepcs.com and provide us with the product serial number.

Warranty Condition
Warranty service is available after the purchase.
The product is still within the warranty period.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
Beyond the warranty period.
Normal wear and tear of accessories or consumables for use.
Accidental damage, faults caused by abuse, neglect, careless operation, or any handling operation which are not in conformance with the user manual.
Repair or modification carried out by unauthorized service.
Damage caused by force majeure.
Failure or damage caused by forced use of the product beyond normal service conditions.
Other faults and damages caused by problems other than the design, manufacture, and quality of the product itself.
This warranty is not transferable.
